8 oz feta cheese, crumbled

4 oz cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Balsamic glaze, for drizzling

Whip the Feta: In a medium bowl, combine the crumbled feta cheese, softened cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Use a hand mixer or a food processor to blend until creamy and smooth.
