Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, softened (at room temperature)

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup honey

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

A pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

In a medium mixing bowl, add the softened unsalted butter. Using an electric mixer, beat the butter on medium speed until it’s light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

Gradually add the powdered sugar while mixing on low speed. Once incorporated, increase the speed to medium until well combined.

Slowly pour in the honey and mix until fully combined and smooth.

Add the ground cinnamon and a pinch of salt (if using). Mix on low speed until the cinnamon is evenly distributed throughout the butter.

Taste and adjust the honey or cinnamon if desired to suit your preference.

Once fully mixed, transfer the cinnamon honey butter to a decorative serving dish or an airtight container.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving. This also helps the flavors meld together.

Serve at room temperature spread on warm bread, rolls, or pancakes for a delicious treat!
