2 cups fresh watermelon, cubed and seeds removed

1 cup coconut water

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt for a vegan option)

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional, adjust based on sweetness of watermelon)

Juice of 1 lime

A few fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Ice cubes (optional, for a chilled smoothie)

Instructions
 

In a blender, combine the cubed watermelon, coconut water, Greek yogurt, honey (if using), and lime juice.

    Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a chilled smoothie, add a handful of ice cubes and blend again until well incorporated.

      Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more honey or agave syrup.
