2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 small jar (4 oz) diced pimentos, drained

1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust for spice level)

Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.

    Add the grated sharp cheddar cheese and mix until well incorporated.
