Ingredients

1 package of crescent roll dough (8 strips)

8 oz mozzarella cheese, sliced

4 oz pepperoni slices

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1 egg (for egg wash)

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Filling: On a clean surface, unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.

Assemble the Rolls: On each triangle, place a slice of mozzarella cheese and a few slices of pepperoni. Sprinkle a pinch of Italian seasoning and garlic powder on top of the cheese and meat.

Roll: Starting from the wide end of the triangle, carefully roll the dough up to the point, enclosing the filling completely, and secure the tip to prevent it from unraveling.

Egg Wash: Beat the egg in a small bowl and brush the tops of the rolled croissants with the egg wash for a golden finish.

Bake: Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Serve: Remove the croissant rolls from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 25 minutes | Servings: 8 rolls
