Ingredients

12 slider-sized buns (dinner rolls or slider bread)

10 slices of provolone cheese

10 slices of genoa salami

10 slices of pepperoni

10 slices of ham (prosciutto can be used for a gourmet touch)

1 cup roasted red peppers (jarred, sliced)

½ cup sliced black olives

½ cup grated parmesan cheese

¼ cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp Italian seasoning

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves (optional for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Slider Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.

Assemble the Sliders: Slice the slider buns in half horizontally, leaving them connected. Place the bottom half in a greased baking dish. Spread the prepared mayonnaise mixture evenly over the bottom buns.

Layer the Ingredients: Start layering by adding half of the provolone cheese slices on top of the mayo mixture. Follow with layers of salami, pepperoni, ham, roasted red peppers, black olives, and remaining provolone cheese. Sprinkle the grated parmesan on top.

Add the Tops: Place the top halves of the slider buns over the layered ingredients.

Drizzle Olive Oil: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil with a pinch of salt and pepper. Brush this mixture over the tops of the slider buns for an added crunch and flavor.

Bake the Sliders: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Serve: Carefully remove from the oven, slice the sliders apart, and garnish with fresh basil if desired. Serve warm.
