Ingredients

1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed

1/3 cup hot honey (store-bought or homemade)

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Prep the Salmon: Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized cubes, about 1-inch pieces. Place them in a mixing bowl.

Make the Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together hot honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, sea salt, and lemon juice until well combined.

Marinate the Salmon: Pour the marinade over the salmon pieces, tossing gently to coat. Allow it to marinate for at least 15-20 minutes while you preheat the oven.

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Bake the Salmon Bites: Use a slotted spoon to transfer the marinated salmon onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.

Plate and Serve: Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Transfer the salmon bites to a serving platter, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges on the side.

Enjoy!: Drizzle any remaining hot honey over the salmon bites before serving for that extra kick of flavor.
