Ingredients
  

1 pre-made pie crust

6 large eggs

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup diced bell peppers (red and green)

1/2 cup diced onion

1 cup cooked spinach (squeezed of excess moisture)

1/2 cup cooked bacon or sausage, crumbled

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh herbs (such as thyme or parsley) for garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish, crimping the edges if desired. Par-bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and set aside.

      In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.

        Layer the cooked spinach, bacon or sausage, diced bell peppers, and onion into the pie crust evenly.

          Pour the egg mixture over the top of the layered ingredients, ensuring an even distribution.

            Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the quiche.

              Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the egg is set and the top is golden brown.

                Allow the quiche to cool for about 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
