Ingredients
  

1 head of iceberg lettuce, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumbers, diced

1 cup bell peppers (red, yellow, or orange), diced

1 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

1/2 cup red onion, finely diced

1/2 cup salami, diced

1/2 cup provolone cheese, diced

1 avocado, diced

1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved

1/4 cup banana peppers, sliced

1/4 cup fresh basil, finely chopped

For the Dressing:

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon honey

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

In a large serving bowl, combine the chopped iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, parsley, red onion, salami, provolone cheese, avocado, Kalamata olives, banana peppers, and basil.

    In a separate small bowl, whisk together the red wine vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.

      Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently until all the ingredients are well coated.

        Taste and adjust the seasoning with more salt, pepper, or dressing as needed.

          Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for up to an hour to allow the flavors to meld.
