2 large cucumbers, sliced into rounds

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

8 oz fresh mozzarella balls, drained

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella balls.

    Add the torn fresh basil leaves to the bowl.

      In a small jar or bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

        Drizzle the dressing over the salad ingredients and gently toss to combine, ensuring everything is evenly coated.

          Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. You can add more salt, pepper, or olive oil according to your preference.
