Ingredients

1.5 lbs ground beef

1 medium onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups beef broth

1 cup cream of mushroom soup

2 cups egg noodles, uncooked

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat and transfer the beef to the crockpot.

Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the crockpot with the cooked beef.

Pour in the beef broth and stir in the cream of mushroom soup. Mix until well combined.

Sprinkle the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over the mixture, stirring gently to incorporate.

Add the uncooked egg noodles on top of the beef mixture, but do not stir them in.

Cover the crockpot with the lid and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours.

About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy. Replace the lid and allow the cheese to fully integrate.

Once fully cooked, give it a final stir. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
