1 package (150g) Boursin cheese (any flavor)

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Olive oil spray

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Unwrap the Boursin cheese and place it in the center of the prepared baking sheet.

Gently press the panko mixture onto the top and sides of the Boursin cheese, ensuring it's evenly coated.

Lightly spray the coated cheese with olive oil to promote crispiness.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle with fresh parsley for garnish.

Serve warm with an assortment of crackers, sliced vegetables, or bread for dipping.
