8 oz elbow macaroni

2 cups cooked chicken, diced

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon black pepper

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Salt to taste

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the elbow macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Prepare the Chicken: In a pan over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the diced chicken. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Sauté until the chicken is warmed through and slightly golden. Remove from heat.

      Make the Cheese Sauce: In a saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream and honey. Stir gently until well mixed. Gradually add sharp cheddar and mozzarella cheese, stirring continuously until melted and creamy. Season with salt and additional black pepper to taste.

        Combine: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, chicken, and cheese sauce. Stir until everything is evenly coated. If desired, mix in some additional black pepper for more heat.

          Bake (optional): Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Pour the mac and cheese mixture into a greased baking dish. If using, top with breadcrumbs for a crunchy topping. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbling and golden on top.

            Serve: Remove from the oven and let sit for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
