Ingredients

8 oz fettuccine pasta

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed

Salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ cup BBQ sauce (plus more for drizzling)

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

½ cup ranch dressing

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Begin by cooking the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the cubed chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Add the chicken to the skillet and sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until it is cooked through and golden brown.

Reduce the heat to medium, and stir in the BBQ sauce, coating the chicken evenly. Let it simmer for another 2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, shredded cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing until smooth. Pour this mixture into the skillet with the chicken, stirring well to combine.

Allow the sauce to simmer for about 3-5 minutes, letting it thicken slightly. If it becomes too thick, you can add a splash of water or broth to reach your desired consistency.

Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss gently to coat the pasta evenly in the creamy sauce.

Serve the Creamy Cheddar BBQ Ranch Chicken Alfredo warm, drizzled with extra BBQ sauce and garnished with fresh parsley.
