Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese

6 oz lump crab meat, drained and flaked

2 tbsp Greek yogurt

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tbsp chopped fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried dill)

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 cup diced cucumber

1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper

2 green onions, sliced

Optional: lemon wedges and extra dill for garnish

Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, dill, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Gently fold in the lump crab meat, ensuring not to break it up too much.

Add the diced cucumber, red bell pepper, and green onions to the mixture. Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.

Taste the mixture and adjust seasoning with more lemon juice or black pepper, if desired.

Serve the crab cottage cheese bowl cold. You can either divide it into serving bowls or keep it in the original mixing bowl and let everyone help themselves.

Garnish with lemon wedges and extra dill, if desired.
