Ingredients

For the Cowboy Butter:

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Sliders:

1 pound flank steak or ribeye, trimmed and sliced thinly against the grain

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

8 slider buns

Slices of cheddar cheese

Pickles (optional)

Lettuce leaves (optional)

Instructions

Make the Cowboy Butter:

    - In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped chives, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

      - Transfer the butter mixture to a sheet of plastic wrap, form it into a log, and refrigerate until firm (about 30 minutes).

        Prepare the Flank Steak:

          - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

            - Season the sliced steak with salt and pepper. Once the skillet is hot, add the steak in batches (avoid overcrowding the pan) and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest.

              Toast the Slider Buns:

                - In the same skillet, you used for the steak, lightly toast the slider buns for about 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.

                  Assemble the Sliders:

                    - Spread a generous dollop of the Cowboy Butter on both halves of the toasted slider buns.

                      - Place a portion of the sliced steak on the bottom half of each bun. Top with a slice of cheddar cheese and any additional toppings like pickles or lettuce.

                        - Place the top half of the bun over each slider.

                          Serve:

                            - Serve the sliders warm with a side of your favorite dipping sauce or enjoy them as is.
