Ingredients

1 pound sirloin steak (cut into bite-sized pieces)

8 ounces rotini pasta

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

3 cloves garlic (minced)

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Season the Steak: In a bowl, combine the steak pieces with Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to ensure all the steak is evenly coated.

Sear the Steak: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned steak bites in a single layer (do not overcrowd the skillet). Sear for about 3-4 minutes, until browned on all sides and cooked to your desired level of doneness. Remove steak from the skillet and set aside.

Make the Cheese Sauce: In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium, and add the heavy cream, stirring constantly. Gradually add the shredded mozzarella cheese, stirring until melted and smooth. If needed, season with additional salt and pepper.

Combine Everything: Add the cooked rotini pasta and seared steak bites back into the skillet with the cheese sauce. Toss to coat the pasta and steak evenly in the creamy cheese sauce.

Serve: Transfer the cheesy steak bites and rotini to a serving dish. Garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of color and flavor.
