2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1 medium tomato, diced

1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

Optional: chopped fresh parsley or basil for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken: Begin by seasoning the chicken breasts with olive oil, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

    Cook the Chicken: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the seasoned chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F/75°C). Remove from skillet and let it rest before slicing into thin strips.

      Make the Cheesy Garlic Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, minced garlic, mozzarella, and cheddar cheeses. Mix well until fully combined.

        Assemble the Wraps: Place a tortilla on a flat surface. Spread a generous amount of the cheesy garlic mixture down the center of the tortilla. Top it with sliced chicken, fresh spinach, diced tomatoes, and red onion.

          Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it tightly from the bottom up. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

            Toast the Wraps: In the same skillet, add a little more olive oil if needed, and place the wraps seam side down. Grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
