Ingredients
  

2 large chicken breasts

4 tablespoons garlic butter (2 tbsp melted butter + 2 cloves minced garlic)

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

Optional: Hot sauce for serving

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken:

    - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

      - In a small bowl, mix melted butter and minced garlic.

        - Brush the garlic butter mixture over the chicken breasts and season with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

          Bake the Chicken:

            - Place the seasoned chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/75°C).

              - Remove from oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.

                Assemble the Wraps:

                  - On each tortilla, layer a handful of fresh spinach, a portion of the sliced chicken, shredded mozzarella, and grated Parmesan.

                    - Roll the tortillas tightly, beginning from one edge and tucking in the sides as you go.

                      Grill the Wraps:

                        - Heat a skillet over medium heat. Lightly butter the outside of each wrap.

                          - Grill the wraps for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and the cheese has melted.

                            Serving:

                              - Slice the wraps in half and serve warm with diced tomatoes on the side and a drizzle of hot sauce if desired.
