Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats

2 cups almond milk (or any milk of choice)

2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and diced

1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

1/2 cup raisins or dried cranberries (optional)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.

Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, diced apples, almond milk, brown sugar, maple syrup, caramel sauce, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. If you’re adding chopped nuts or dried fruits, fold them into the mixture as well.

Mix Well: Stir the mixture thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly combined. Let it sit for about 10 minutes to allow the oats to absorb some of the liquid.

Pour into Dish: Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly across the bottom.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the edges are bubbly.

Cool and Serve: Once baked, remove from the oven and allow it to cool for about 10 minutes. Drizzle with additional caramel sauce before serving.

Enjoy: Serve warm as a delightful breakfast or dessert!
