Ingredients

2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Sauce (adjust to taste)

1/2 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional, for extra flavor)

2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Tortilla chips, celery sticks, or your choice of dippers

Instructions

Prep the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix the base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Frank’s Buffalo Sauce, and ranch or blue cheese dressing. Use a hand mixer or spatula to blend until smooth and creamy.

Add the chicken: Fold in the shredded chicken until fully incorporated into the creamy mixture.

Cheesy goodness: Mix in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and the crumbled blue cheese (if using). Stir until everything is evenly combined.

Transfer to baking dish: Pour the mixture into a baking dish (approximately 8x8 inches), spreading it evenly.

Top it off: Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the dip.

Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is slightly golden.

Garnish and serve: Remove from the oven, let cool for a couple of minutes, then sprinkle with chopped green onions. Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or your favorite dippers.
