2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced

6 slices of crispy bacon, crumbled

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup Romaine lettuce, chopped

½ cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Salt and pepper, to taste

¼ cup green onions, sliced

¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Fresh chives, for garnish

Instructions
 

In a large bowl, combine the diced chicken, crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, and chopped Romaine lettuce.

    In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.

      Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and gently toss until everything is well coated.

        Fold in the sliced green onions and cheddar cheese if using.
