Ingredients

4 medium russet potatoes

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Cut each potato in half lengthwise, and then cut each half into wedges (about 6-8 wedges per potato).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Stir well until combined.

Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss them in the garlic mixture until they are evenly coated.

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the wedges and toss again gently to ensure the cheese adheres to the potatoes.

Spread the potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not overcrowded for even cooking.

Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.

Once baked, remove the wedges from the oven and let them cool for a couple of minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
