1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Prepare the Shrimp: In a bowl, toss the peeled and deveined shrimp with lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Let them marinate for about 15 minutes.

    Set Up the Breading Station: In one shallow dish, place the all-purpose flour. In another dish, beat the eggs. In a third dish, place the panko breadcrumbs.

      Bread the Shrimp: Take each marinated shrimp and coat it first in the flour, shaking off the excess. Then, dip it into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess egg to drip off. Finally, roll the shrimp in the panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.

        Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

          Air Fry the Shrimp: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the breaded shrimp in a single layer in the basket (you may need to do this in batches). Spray the shrimp lightly with cooking spray.

            Cook the Shrimp: Air fry the shrimp for 8-10 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they're golden and crispy.

              Serve: Once cooked, remove the shrimp from the air fryer and serve immediately with a side of cocktail sauce or a fresh salad.
