3 ripe bananas

1 cup of nut butter (peanut or almond)

2 large eggs

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

    In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas thoroughly with a fork or potato masher until smooth.

      Add the nut butter to the mashed bananas and mix well until combined.

        Crack the eggs into the banana-nut butter mixture and whisk everything together until you achieve a homogeneous batter without lumps.
