In just 20 minutes, you can whip up a satisfying dish packed with rotini pasta, shredded rotisserie chicken, crisp romaine lettuce, and juicy cherry tomatoes. Toss it all together with creamy Caesar dressing and top with Parmesan cheese and crunchy croutons. Perfect for lunch or dinner, this salad is as easy to make as it is to enjoy!

8 ounces rotini or farfalle pasta

1 cup cooked rotissere chicken, shredded

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

1/4 cup croutons (store-bought or homemade)

Salt and black pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the rotini or farfalle pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente (about 7-10 minutes). Drain and rinse under cold water to cool it down. Set aside.

    Prepare the Chicken: While the pasta is cooking, shred the rotisserie chicken into bite-sized pieces. You can warm it slightly if you prefer.

      Assemble the Salad: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, and halved cherry tomatoes.
